We've been taught that forgiveness is something we give away. That it means letting someone off the hook or excusing what happened.

But look at forgiveness from a systems perspective.

We understand that we are a living energetic system. We understand that life energy funnels to and through us. Every judgment held, every grievance rehearsed, every verdict passed, is resistance in the circuit.

The body keeps paying the bill.

Held long enough, it becomes the quiet background friction beneath anxiety, unrest, and fatigue. The body keeps paying the bill.

Here is what the conditioning hides: forgiveness was never a favor to anyone else. It is maintenance.

Forgiveness is the single most self-loving — the most coherent, and yes, the most self-ish — action a system can take, because it clears resistance and restores flow.

When we release the judgment, the whole system down-regulates. The clamp opens. Physical, mental, and emotional health are not prizes for being good; they are simply what returns when a system stops fighting itself.

We become, in the most literal sense, a superconductor for our own life — free to keep creating, keep giving, and keep generating.
